All information processed by Synergy Dance Championships Ltd is stored digitally, therefore any identifiable information which is deleted will be erased from our systems leaving behind no record or paper-based trail.


In the circumstance that any paper-based information has been stored on you, it will be destroyed via cross-shredding on site.
